Sophie Pemberton is Group Chief Strategy Officer at Talon. She leads Talon's sustainability strategy, effectiveness proposition and recently relaunched Talon's global strategic framework. Focused on driving sustainable growth, she chairs the Ad Net Zero SME working group.
